In America people have elected government and president for centuries. But why does American nation elect those people – because of their promises. But it is not only in America, it is all over the world. Politicians are making promises that makes nation to believe that they really can change the world, make everything better. But its not reality. A hundred people can not change the world. Maybe they can repair a bridge or something like that, but most of them are in government only for money. I believe that people should start to do things by them selves and stop crying after every mistake or unpopular decision that government makes. People should try to find an answers for our their problems, because in most of cases, if government does something, than only for big people, companies, organizations or in their own interests, but ussually not for us – ordinary people. Maybe you think that, I do not know what I am talking about, but I really do. I come from a little country in Northern Europe, called Latvia – and do you think that its something different in there? The same capitalism like in most of the countries in the world. I can say that, because I have been around the world and I have seen how are people reacting in different or not so different situations, but they are scared to do something. They are scared to speak loud and sometimes stand against their own government. But it needs a lot of work. Why did I mention Latvia? Because, for example in there, nobody trusts their own government . And I think that even government have lost a hope of their selves. That is why nobody would believe, if one individual would say that, he can make more jobs or improve school. My point is that one individual can not do anything. He can not make decisions that would like to the most people in the country. That is why I think government should be close connected to the country-nation. And if it starts to work on their own hand, people would need to show them an attitude. Janis Plotnieks
